International Shipping
I send every package with Hungarian Post as a registered mail with tracking, you will get the tracking info via e-mail after I ship your order. It takes 2-3 business days to ship your package.
Delivery times vary country by country:
EU countries – 5-10 business days
Countries outside the EU – up to 21 business days
Keep in mind: the delivery time can change according to Holiday seasons and the local courier of your country.
If you have questions about your package's wherabouts, you can check the tracking number on your courier's website or you can contact with your local mail services costumer service.
Please note that any orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying any customs or import fees.

Magyarországon belül az alábbi szállítási opciók közül tudsz választani:
– MPL Csomagautomata vagy PostaPont: rendeléskor a megjegyzésben kérlek, hogy add meg az automata vagy a PostaPont pontos címét.
– MPL Postán maradó: rendeléskor a megjegyzésben kérlek, hogy add meg a posta pontos címét.
– FOXPOST Csomagautomata: rendeléskor a megjegyzésben kérlek, hogy add meg az automata pontos címét.
– FOXPOST Házhozszállítás
Rendeléstől számítva 2-3 munkanapon belül kerül feladásra a csomagod. A szállítási információkat feladást követően e-mailben fogod megkapni.
✧ Returns & refund policy ✧
Items can be returned only if indicated within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned pieces should be unused and undamaged.
If you return an item, the refund will be processed within 14 days of me receiving the returned product. You are responsible for packing the product safely and shipping it back.
If you refuse your shipment, any import fees that may arise will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If you refuse a shipment and after that you indicate a refund, the shipping fee also will be deducted from the amount refunded.
I am not obliged to pay for the re-sending of the package if the delivery was unsuccessful through no fault of my own! (For example: if you gave me the wrong address, you forgot to pick up the package in time etc.) So if you would like me to ship the package again, you have to pay for it.
✧ Jewelry care Instructions ✧
Copper:
✧ Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotion, perfumes, powders etc. before putting on jewelry.
✧ Prevent your items from being exposed to constant moisture and humidity.
✧ Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, sunbathing and exercising.
✧ Prevent damage and breaking by removing your jewelry at bedtime.
✧ Keep all pieces out of direct sunlight for extended period of time.
Best if you keep your jewelry in the box I give it in to you while not using.
Keep in mind: copper is prone to oxidation (gradual color darkening in time, pinkish discoloration in places which contacted with the skin’s oils, blueish/greenish discoloration due to humidity) and the dark (especially the almost fully black) patina could wear down as a result of use. In order to prevent or delay these, all my pieces are treated with renaissance wax. Regardless, please follow the instructions above carefully so that your jewelry stays beautiful for a long time.
The blueish/greenish discoloration is easy to gently remove with slightly damp, vinegar and water mix (1:1 ratio) soaked sponge, microfibre cloth or ear cleaning cotton stick. Dry the product well after this procedure!
Silver:
✧ Remove before swimming, bathing, or washing hands, as water (especially chlorinated) can cause tarnishing and damage.
✧ Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotion, perfumes, powders etc. before putting on jewelry.
✧ Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Use soft, airtight pouches or bags to prevent scratches and tarnishing from exposure to air.
✧ Be gentle to avoid scratching or wearing away the plating!
Anti-tarnish, jewelry cleaning clothes protect jewelry and prevent tarnish, so I give you a free one for every order. In case of tarnishing, give your silver-plated jewelry a gentle wash and wipe with warm water, dish soap, and this soft, jewelry cleaning cloth. Avoid harsh, abrasive cleaners or heavy scrubbing!
